NIHL is short for Nordic inhouse league where Norwegian, Swedish and Danish players wanting to improve can gather and play organized dota 2. Get vouched and join the pool of players, get picked by a captain and assigned a role in the team. After playing for awhile and proving your skill you can become a captain yourself.
Requirements are as follows:
4,5k Solo mmr rating
Norwegian/Swedish/Danish
Have a mic and be on discord during games.
No toxicity, a willingness to improve and listen to captains call.

Community awards.
30 000 = Best video related to NIHL (Compilation of big plays/information/fails etc), voted at end of season on discord in the #community channel
10 000 = Best captain
10 000 = Most epic play (Make a video of your best play and submit it in the #community channel
10 000 = Most commended player (if you can commend a player after the game)
10 000 = Person who does most for the community (Voted by admins)
10 000= Most active player (Played the most matches during the season
